What is it about?

If something isn't working

To help us sort it out faster, include:

  1. The app version: Help, About.
  2. Your Windows version (10 or 11).
  3. What you did and what happened instead.
  4. Which app it happened in, such as Outlook or Telegram.
  5. The app log: tray menu, “Open the log”. Attach the file in the form.
  6. A screenshot, if the problem shows on screen.
